accuracy of the K thermocouple into account.
Note 2 use of the thermal time constant (0.7min/°C):
If there is a sudden variation of the temperature of the clamp, by 10°C for example,
the clamp will be at 99% (cnst= 5) of the final temperature after 0.7min/°Cx10°Cx5=
35 min (to which must be added the constant of the external sensor).
