Monitoring Virtual Systems (cpha_vsx_util monitor)
Description
Use the
cpha_vsx_util monitor
command in the Expert mode to stop or start monitoring of Virtual
Systems.
The state of the Security Appliance is not affected by an unmonitored Virtual Systems. For example, an
unmonitored Virtual System in problem state (pnote) is ignored. The Security Appliance state does change
to DOWN.
A Virtual Systemthat is not monitored is useful, if you want the Security Appliance to be UP, even if a
specific Virtual System is DOWN or does not have a Policy (for example, after you unload the local policy).
