Assembly Drawing and Parts List

Trouble Shooting:
L.E.D. Light (#4)

 not lit.

1.  Check to see that the 

Automobile Power Adaptor Cable (#3)

 isn’t pushed 

too far into the power socket.
2.  The 

L.E.D. Light (#4)

 is burnt out. Check with a multi-meter before returning to 

Harbor Freight Tools. 
Note: If the 

L.E.D. Light (#4) 

burns out, it will not affect Solar Panel performance.

3. Unit not charging battery or no voltage is measured. Check the 

Fuse (#6)

 in the 

Automobile Power Adaptor Cable. 

 To access the Fuse, unscrew the plastic tip 

of the 

Automobile Power Adaptor Cable.
