To Change The Bit:
1.
Pull forward on the Depth Collar (part #2) and remove it from the Clutch Housing
(part #5).
(See Figure A.)
2.
Pull the Bit (part #3) straight out with pliers if it is difficult to remove.

3.
Push the new Bit (part #3) into the Bit Tip Holder (part #4) until the shank of
the Bit snaps in place.

4.
Replace the Depth Collar (part #2) onto the Clutch Housing (part #5). Make sure
to align the ribs on the inside of the Depth Collar with the grooves on the outside
of the Clutch Housing before snapping the Depth Collar in place.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
To start the Drywall Screwdriver, depress the Power Switch (part #38). To stop
the tool, release the Power Switch. The variable speed Power Switch permits
speed control. The farther the Power Switch is depressed, the higher the speed
of the Tool.

2.
To lock the Power Switch (part #38) in the “ON” position for continuous operation,
depress the Power Switch and push in on the Switch Lock (part #39). The tool
will continue to run. To turn off the tool, squeeze and release the Power Switch
once. Prior to using the Drywall Screwdriver (each time), make sure the Switch
Lock mechanism is working properly. Always release the Switch Lock mecha-
nism before disconnecting the Drywall Screwdriver from its electrical outlet.
Failure to do so will cause the tool to start immediately the next time it is plugged
in, resulting in possible injury or property damage.
