REMOVING THE CAR SEAT FROM THE VEHICLE) and remove
the cup holder (see paragraph 5. INSTALLING AND REMOV-
ING THE CUP HOLDERS).
To remove the car seat fabric follow these steps:
- Remove both cup holders and flip the car seat in order to
free the 8 buttonholes located under the seat from their
hooks (Fig. 25).
- Free the fabric from the seat area and remove the insert be-
fore washing (Fig. 26).
WARNING!
Be sure to reintroduce the insert after having
washed the fabric and before putting it back on the car seat
(Fig. 27).
- Free the fabric from the armrests (B) by pressing the button
located under the front of each armrest (Fig. 28.
- Pull up on the armrest (Fig. 29) and remove the fabric from
the armrest (Fig. 30).
To cover the car seat with the fabric follow these same steps
in reverse order.
WARNING!
Be sure to put the fabric back on the car seat
properly. It should fit tightly against the seat area
WARNING!
Be sure that the car seat fabric fits snugly around
the abdominal belt guides (A)
WARNING!
The insert must always be put back in place in
the seat area after washing
WARNING!
Never use the car seat without the fabric lining.
WARNING!
Be sure and lock the armrest back into its place
correctly after putting the fabric lining back on.
6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING THE FABRIC COVER
The cleaning and maintenance of the product must only be
carried out by an adult.
HOW TO CLEAN THE FABRIC COVER
The child car seat’s fabric cover can be removed and washed.
Please refer to the care label for instructions on washing the fabric:
Machine washable at 30°C
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not dry clean
Never use abrasive detergents or solvents.
Do not dry the fabric cover within a dryer, let it dry without
squeezing it.
The fabric cover must only be replaced with another cover
