rectly attached to the stroller be-
fore placing your child inside.
• Products exposed to direct sunlight
will heat up; let them cool down
before placing your child inside.
• The carry cot is not designed for
children to sleep in for a long pe-
riod of time: this product is not a
substitute for a cot.
• Air the carry cot after prolonged
use.
• Keep the product out of reach of
children when it is not being used.
COMPONENTS
The contents of the packaging include:
• a semi-rigid carry cot with canopy
• an internal fabric lining
• a cover
• a mattress
TIPS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This product requires periodical maintenance. Cleaning
and maintenance operations must be performed exclu-
sively by an adult.
CLEANING
Clean the fabric parts with a damp sponge and neutral
detergent. Periodically wipe clean plastic parts with a soft
damp cloth. To prevent the formation of rust, always dry
metal parts if they have come into contact with water.
WASHING
The internal linings of the carry cot and the mattress are
removable and washable; to remove them, go to the para-
graph REMOVING THE CARRY COT LINING.
Carefully follow the washing instructions on the label.
The washing symbols and relative meanings are indicated
below:
Wash by hand in cold water
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not dry clean
MAINTENANCE
Dry metal parts to prevent the formation of rust. Do not
submerge the carry cot in water. Routinely wipe clean plas-
tic parts with a soft damp cloth. To avoid friction, ensure
that the locking devices of the carry cot and pram are free
of dust and sand. Do not leave the product exposed to the
sun for a long period of time; the fabrics may discolour. Do
not use solvents or abrasive products for cleaning.
FIRST ASSEMBLY OF THE CARRY COT
1. To assemble the carry cot pull the “U”-shaped rod out-
wards using the strap (Fig. 1) until it is completely housed
in the plastic locks on the wooden base (Fig. 1A). Repeat
this operation with the other rod.
2. Insert the lining in the carry cot and fix in place using the
special zips (Fig. 2).
3. Place the mattress on the base of the carry cot (Fig. 3).
4. Lift the carry handle (Fig. 4) checking that it is fixed in the
vertical position.
5. Place the canopy fabric on the handle, fasten with the
zips (Fig. 5) and do up the velcro straps on the edge of
the carry cot (Fig. 5A).
6. Place the cover on the carry cot and fix in place using the
velcro straps and snap buttons (Fig. 6). For added protec-
tion, lift the fabric flap and fix in place using the buttons
on the canopy (Fig. 6A).
7. The cover of the carry cot can be used as leg cover for the
stroller. Refer to the instructions manual of the stroller for
details on how to use it as a leg cover.
CARRY HANDLE
8. The carry handle can be lowered. To lower it, push the
buttons on the inside of the canopy junctions at the
same time and push the handle downwards (Fig. 7).
FASTENING THE CARRY COT TO THE STROLLER
To fasten the carry cot remove the stroller or car seat, if present.
9. Hold the handle in the transport position and position
the carry cot on the fasteners at the side of the stroller
with the leg zone facing the handle (Fig. 8). Place the car-
ry cot on the frame until it clicks into position (Fig. 8A).
WARNING: Before using, make sure that the carry cot is
properly locked on by pulling it upwards (Fig. 8B).
REMOVING THE Carry cot FROM THE STROLLER
10. With the handle in the vertical position (transport po-
sition) press the button in the foot area of the carry cot
(Fig. 9) and lift it from the structure (Fig. 9A).
WARNING: The fastening and release operations can also be
carried out with your child in the carry cot; however, the
child’s weight may make these operations more difficult.
Pay attention when carrying out the aforementioned op-
erations.
CLOSING THE CARRY COT
It is possible to reduce the dimensions of the carry cot
when it is not being used. Lower the handle by pushing
on the levers at the junctions of the canopy (Fig. 7). Then
carry out the operations described in the “FIRST ASSEMBLY
OF THE CARRY COT” paragraph in reverse order.
WARNING: Do not carry out these operations with your
child in the carry cot or other children in the vicinity.
