1 - Starting position:
lying supine on the bench, head towards Ercolina, arm raised and bent (elbow at
90 degree angle between arm and forearm), holding the handle fitted in the
bottom section;
2 - How to do it
push the handle forwards, simultaneously stretching the forearm on the arm.
