2.1.1 Prepare the ISOFIX connectors.

2.1.2 Make sure the 5-point harness is correctly installed (see p. Installation of 5-point harness of the  

 

car seat). 

2.1.3 Make sure the 5-point harness is correctly adjusted. 

2.1.4  When the car seat is in “FORWARD FACING“position, there are 4 recline position. Adjust the seat  

 

in the desired position and make sure the seat is fixed in position.

2.1.5 Make sure the car seat is installed in “FORWARD FACING “position and the mechanism for  

 

rotating the seat is fixed.

2.1.6  Place the car seat on the vehicle seat, so it is in “FORWARD FACING “position (in the direction of  

 

travel) - fig.30.

2.1.7  Insert the ISOFIX connectors of the car seat (15) into the ISOFIX attachments of the vehicle, until  

 

you hear a “click” sound and the indicators (16) show „green“ (fig. 30 and 31).

 

CAUTION!

 The ISOFIX connectors (15) are secured, when both indicators (16) are completely green.

2.1.8 Push the car seat, until it is leaning against the backrest of passenger seat (fig. 32). Make sure the 

 

 

seat is fixed by trying to pull it out. 

2.1.9 Installation of top tether:

 

•  Take out the top tether from the bag. Press the button for adjusting the Top Tether, to release the  

 

belt (fig.33).

 

• Hook the snap hook (18) onto the top tether anchorage point, recommended in the vehicle manual.

 Look for sign

• Tighten the free end of the top tether, until the indicator shows green. (fig.35)

2.1.10 Securing the child in the car seat with 5-point harness

 

Repeat the steps from item 1.10 to secure the child in the car seat (fig. 36).

CAUTION!

ALWAYS BEFORE TRAVELLING:

  Make sure ISOFIX connectors are securely fixed to the ISOFIX attachments of the vehicle 

 

 

and both indicators are completely “green”.

  Make sure the car seat is placed close to the backrest of the passenger seat.

  Make sure the top tether is tightened and the indicator is completely “green“.

  Make sure the 5-point harness of the car seat is fitted snugly to the child without pressing 

 

 

and the belts are not twisted.

  Make sure the shoulder belts are in correct position on the child’s shoulders and they are 

 

 

not twisted.
