off one or two DC circuit breakers, i.e. one or two 250KW DC
cabinets will stop working completely. If the faults mentioned
above occur to CPS SC250KTL-H, the inverter will stop
working instantly. If service personnel need to maintain the
inverter, please refer to the part of “Manual Shut-down for
maintenance”. When the external faults are eliminated,
please start up the inverter referring to the process of
energizing for the first time.
4.5 Troubleshooting
The causes of fault can be identified based on the faults
listed in Table 4-1. Proper treatment is recommended before
contacting after-sales service. There are mainly 3 types of
faults: alarm, protection and hard failure. When there is a
“Warn”, the system only reminds customers of the problem
while it doesn’t change the operation mode. When there is a
“Protect”, the system will turn into fault mode and come back
to normal when the “Protect” disappears. When there is a
“Fault”, the system will stop working and remain standby
until resetting the system or repair the inverter to eliminate
the fault. To reset the system, the following steps should be
taken. Firstly, shut down the inverter through LCD operation.
Secondly, turn off the DC circuit breaker, execute the
De-energy program and then turn off the AC circuit breaker.
Thirdly, wait for 5 seconds and turn on tha AC circuit breaker.
At last, repeat the steps of initial system energizing.
