INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE
We are giving below some general instructions for safe use of the machine.
CHOCOLATE WORLD holds no liability in case of damage to property or injury to individuals
due to non-compliance with the instructions given in this section.
6.1
General safety and injury prevention rules
Please mind the warning labels shown in this manual and observe safety measures.
6.2
Operator safety measures
All personnel involved should be well informed and trained on the hazards associated with the use
of the machine.
6.3
Work environment
The cutter is not designed for use outside.
The work environment has to be adequately lit based on the task to be performed.
Water spray systems may cause damage to the machine; for this reason they should not be kept or
used in the work environment.
The mains power supply to which the cutter is connected has to be standard and suitable to the
technical requirements of the system.
6.4
Safe use of the cutter
Do not place products of unsuitable sizes and/or weights on the tray.
Do not use the cutter without prior careful reading of this user manual.
The cutter must not be used by personnel who have not been adequately trained in its use, are not
healthy or are not insured against employment injuries.
Before turning the cutter on, make sure that it functions properly.
Do not make a hole, cut or alter the machine.
Keep your hands off the cutting frames and do not rest them on the cutter while it is running.
In case of possible danger to persons or damages to the machine, press the emergency push button
to turn the cutter off.

OMMISSIONING
7.1
Packing and unpacking
The cutter is delivered in the original packaging, which consists of:

a base pallet;
−
a polypropylene support bottom board;
−
a side protection frame of collapsible pieces;
−
a top deckboard.
