repaired under warranty. If desired, request a cost
estimate for the necessary repairs.
WARRANTY:
This battery charger is guaranteed to the original
purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of one year from date of
purchase. If the product fails within this period, it will
be repaired or replaced at the option of the
manufacturer.
If the product fails during the warranty period due to
defects in material or workmanship, return it to an
Authorized Service Center. It will be repaired or
replaced and returned to you freight prepaid.
Liability under this warranty is expressly limited to
repairing or replacing the defective product or parts of
the product. This warranty does not apply in the case
of damage due to an accident, alteration, misuse,
abuse or improper packing of returned equipment, in
which case the owner shall be responsible for all repair
charges including material, labor and transportation or
other costs.
