Step 2:
Assembling of the connection cable (82) to the motor cable (74) and
installation of the support cover (75) and the support (76) on the main
frame (49) with the round-headed allen screws M8x20 (85), the washers
8//19 (86) and the spring washers for M8 (11).
1. Place screws (85), washers (86) and spring washers (11) accessibly
beside the front part of the main frame (49).
2. Place the lower end of the support (76) against the main frame (49) and
push the plastic cover (75) onto the support (76).
Plug the ends of the two computer cable harnesses (82) and (74)
projecting from (49) and (76) together.
(Note: The computer cable harness (82) projecting from the support (76)
must not slide into the tube, as it is required for later steps of installation.)
When joining the tubes, ensure that the cable connection is not trapped.
3. Put one spring washer (11) and one washer (86) on each screw (85).
Push the screws (85) through the holes in the support (76), screw into
the threaded holes of the main frame (49) and tighten lightly. (This screw
connection point will screw firmly at least in Step 5)
Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor
and check roughly that all are there on the base of the assembly steps.
Please note that a number of parts have been connected directly to
the main frame and preassembled. In addition, there are several other
individual parts that have been attached to separate units. This will
make it easier and quicker for you to assemble the equipment.
Step 1:
Attach the stabilizer (46+72) at main frame (49).
1. Attach the front foot (72) with the preassembled transport rollers (71) to
the main frame. Do this with the two screws (70), washers (86), spring
washers (11) and cap nuts (73). Attention: Mount the front foot into
right direction, so that the transport rollers don’t touch the floor during
exercising.
2. Attach the rear foot (46) to the main frame (49). Do this with the two
screws (85), washers (48) and spring washers (11). After assembly has
been completed, you can compensate for minor irregularities in the
floor by turning the wheel at cap (45). The equipment should be set up
that the equipment does not move of its own accord during a training
session.
