User-setting programs (U1+U2):
Beside the inner systems, the treadmill setup 2 user-defined pro-
grams: U1 + U2.
1. Setting the user-defined program:
Continuously press „F“ -key until the expected program (U1/U2)
display in the standby condition, while the „time“ window flash,
display the setting time, press km/h –key to set up expected run
time, press „E“ -key to enter program parameter, Then set up the
first time period parameter, by using km/h -key or shortcut key to
set the speed; and incline by using +/-% -key or shortcut key to
set slope; press „E“ -key to finish the first time period setting, and
entering the next time period setting, until all 30 time period set-
ting. The parameter will be kept permanently until resetting, and all
parameter will not be lost when power off.
2. Selection and start the user-defined program:
In the standby condition, continuously press „F“ -key until the ex-
pected user-defined program U1/U2 display, set up the run time,
press „start“ key to turn on the treadmill.
Heart rate programs (H1, H2+H3):

There are 3 heart rate programs (H1, H2 and H3) with different
max. speed. H1 max. speed 16km/h, H2 max. speed 18km/h, H3
max. speed 20km/h. These programs you can pre-enter your own
target H.R.

Adjusting the heart rate programs:
Press program –key to select one of the target H.R. programs H1,
H2 or H3. Then press E-key to enter this program and adjust with
+/- km/h speed the age and target H.R.
A. Age: adjustable 13 - 80 years, the default age is 25 years.

Speed variation:
A. The actually pulse will measure all 30sec. pulse and use for
target H.R. programs.
B. If the actually pulse is more than 30 beats/min lower than target
H.R. the speed increases in steps of 2km/h.
C. If the actually pulse is less than 30 beats/min. lower than target
H.R. the speed increases in steps of 1km/h.
D. If the actually pulse is less than 30 beats/min. higher than target
H.R. the speed decreases in steps of 1km/h.
E. If the actually pulse is more than 30 beats higher than target
H.R. the speed decreases in steps of 2km/h.

If there are following situations, the treadmill stop after running
15 seconds according to 1km/h and ring every 1 second.
A. It cannot detect the heart rate for 1 minute.
B. The heart rate exceeds 220-age.
Body Fat Test (b1):
In standby state, press „F“ key to enter Body fat (Physical fitness
test) program.
Press E –key to enter data of age, weight, height and gender,
Press +/- km/h –key to change/set the parameter and then press
E –key to enter the data. Press Start/Stop-key and hold the handle
pulse sensor for 6-8 seconds and it will display the Bodyfat in %
and BMI.
Bodyfat is to measure the relevance between height and weight,
not the body proportion. Fat is suitable for every man and woman,
it provide the important grounds for adjusting the weight with other
health indicators. The perfect FAT is between 20-24, which means
if less than 19 is too thin, and if between 25-29 is overweight and
if more than 30 is obesity.
Function of safety key
The safety clip has an emergency function. In fear or danger or if
you fall down Or jumped from it, the safety clip will lose position at
computer and stops the motor with break system.
Put the safety key out from computer on any status, the display is
E0, the buzzer beep each second. Put the safety key on compu-
ter, then the display will enter normal manual mode. All parameter
reset to zero.
Error codes:
E 0
= Safety key not found, put on Safety key
E 1
= Speed signal missing, check speed Sensor
E 3
= Self check error, controller defective
