Installation instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor
and check that all are there on the basis of the assembling steps. Please
note that a number of parts have been connected directly to the main
frame and preassembled. In addition, there are several other individual
parts that have been attached to separate units. This will make it easier
and quicker for you to assemble the equipment. Assembly time ap-
prox. 50min.
Step 1:
Attach the stabilizer (2+3) at main frame (1).
1. Attach the front foot (2) with the preassembled transport rollers (4) to
the main frame (1). Do this with the two carriage bolts M8x75 (6), curved
washers 8//19 (7), spring washers for M8 (8) and cap nuts M8 (9).
Attention:
Mount the front foot into right
direction, so that the transport rollers don’t
touch the floor during exercising. The arrow
show top side.
2. Attach the rear foot (3) to the main frame (1).
Do this with the two screws (6), washers (7),
spring washers (8) and cap nuts (9).
After assembly has been complete, you can
compensate for minor irregularities in the
floor by turning the end cap (5). The equip-
ment should be set up that the equipment
does not move of its own accord during a
training session.
Step 2:
Assembling of the connection cable (55) to the sensor cable (12) and
installation of support (49) at the main frame (1).
1. Place 8 screws M8x16 (39) with curved washers 8//19 (7) and spring
washers for M8 (8) accessibly beside the front part of the main frame (1).
2. Place the lower end of the support (49) against the main frame (1) and
slide first the handlebar tube cover (57) onto the support (49). Plug the
ends of the two computer cables (12+55) projecting from (1+49) together.
(Note:
The connection cable (55) projecting from the support (49) must
not slide into the tube, as it is required for later steps of installation.) When
joining the tubes, ensure that the cable connection will not trapped.
3. Connect the middle section tension cable (59) to the bracket of lower
section cable tension (60) (See figure A1-A3). Before this step of the
installation, it is advisable to adjust the resistance setting to the lowest
stage 1, at which the cable extends furthest from the sheath. Put the
lowest part of cable (59) into the small hook (figure A1). Pull it until the
small hook get in higher position (A2) and then insert the cable (59) onto
the bracket (60) (figure A3).
4. Put one spring washer (8) and one curved washer (7) on each screw
(39). Push the screws (39) through the holes in the support (1), screw
into the threaded holes of the main frame (1) and tighten lightly.
(This
screw connection point will screw firmly at least in Step 3.)
