Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions.
Step 1:
Install of the front footbar (57) and the rear footbar (31) on the main
frame (36) with the carriage bolts (30), the washers 8//20 (9) and the
cap nuts M8 (10).

Place screws (30) and two each washers (9), springwashers (70) and nuts
(10) accessibly beside the front and rear parts of the main frame (36).
2.
Insert the foot bars (57) + (31) in the holder of the main frame (36) and
adjust so that the hole patterns of the holders and the foot bars (57) + (31)
are aligned.
3.
Push one screw (30) through each hole.
4.
Fit the screw ends of (36) with one washer (9), one springwasher (70) and
fasten each with a nut (10).
Step 2:
Connecting the computer cable harness (62) to the computer cable
harness (59), installation of the plastic cover (60) and rubber (61),
connecting lower tension cable (58) with tension control (65), installation
of the support (64) on the main frame (36) with the round-headed Allen
screws M8x15 (63), the washers 8//16 (9), and the spring washers for
M8 (70).

Place screws (63), each washers (9) and spring washers (70) accessibly
beside the front part of the main frame (36).
2.
Place the lower end of the support (64) against the main frame (36) and
push the rubber (61) and plastic cover (60) onto the support (64).
Plug the ends of the two computer cable harnesses (62) and (59) projecting
from (36) and (64) together.
(Note: The computer cable harness (62) projecting from the support (64) must
not slide into the tube, as it is required for later steps of installation.)
When joining the tubes, ensure that the cable connection is not trapped.
3.
Connect the middle section tension cable (65) to the bracket of lower
section cable tension (58) (See fi gure [1]-[3]). Before this step of the
installation, it is advisable to adjust the resistance setting to the highest
stage, at which the cable extends furthest from the sheath. Put the lowest
part of cable (58) into the small hook (fi gure 1). Pull it (fi gure 2)until the small
hook get in higher position and than insert the cable (58) onto the bracket
(65) (fi gure 3).
4.
Put one spring washer (70) and one washer (9) on each screw (63). Push
the screws (63) through the holes in the support (64), screw into the threaded
holes of the main frame (36) and tighten fi rmly. (This screw connection point
will screw tightly at least in Step 5)
