Chunc wheelchairs and accessories are Class 1 medical devices and
must not be used to seat any person without prior consultation of a
qualified health care professional.
I
A qualified health care professional should be present when fitting
or adjusting the Chunc wheelchair and accessories to an occupant.
I
The occupant’s seating posture and the positioning of adjustable
parts and accessories should be monitored closely and adjusted as
directed by a health care professional.
I
Whenever any screws have been adjusted, ensure they are fully
tightened again before using the product.
I
Check parts and upholstered pads periodically for signs of wear or
damage, if significant wear or damage is found contact Chunc
Wheelchairs for replacement or qualified repair.

Chunc if you require a Buggypod™ attachment.

fitting auxiliary items can affect stability. Ensure stability
before and during use

Be aware that the Equipment Platform may interfere with vehicle
tie - downs. We recommend that the Platform is folded up while the
chair is being transported using tie-downs.

SLACKEN SCREWS (1 & 2) AND ADJUST THE SLIDE TO THE DESIRED DEPTH.
FASTEN THE STRAPS OVERTOP OF THE ITEM YOU ARE FITTING AND
USE THE PINCH CLIPS (3) TO SECURE IT.
THE HATCHED AREA (1) IS THE MAXIMUM SPACE AN ITEM CAN OCCUPY
