Chunc wheelchairs and accessories are Class 1 medical devices and must not
be used to seat any person without prior consultation of a qualifi ed health
care professional.
!
A qualifi ed health care professional should be present when fi tting or
adjusting the Chunc wheelchair and accessories to an occupant.
!
The occupant’s seating posture and the positioning of adjustable parts and
accessories should be monitored closely and adjusted as directed by a health
care professional.
!
Check parts and upholstered pads periodically for signs of wear or damage,
if signifi cant wear or damage is found contact Chunc Wheelchairs for
replacement or qualifi ed repair.
1. Remove screw and cap
2. Remove hand grip
3. Remove screw from bracket (A)
4. Pull bracket away from framework and remove
5. Slide Elbow Blocker into position and secure
6. Replace components in reverse order to above

1. For depth adjustment, slacken bolts (A), (B) and (C).
Move to desired position and secure bolts.
2.
For fi ne adjustment of the pad angle, slacken bolt
(C)
only.
3.
For fi ne tuning of the height adjustment slacken
bolt (A) only.
4.
For fi ne tuning of the rotation of the pad, slacken
bolt (C) only.
