NEWTON-L
1. INTRODUCTION
NEWTON-L products are infrared barriers with encoded frequency (up to 8 possible selections)
with progressive ranges which allow for easy use in perimetric security systems.
They are composed of a pair of optics (a transmitter and a receiver), each with three lenses.
They offer a wide range for all types of security systems, allowing for the installation of multiple
optical transmitters in the same direction thanks to the selection of different frequencies.
2. FEATURES
NEWTON-L can be used in single installations, in its own case, or in applications requiring
multiple infrared barriers to protect a single section of perimeter, with the possibility of pole
installation.
Up to 8 barriers to protect the perimeter side of a building can for example be installed on this
line of infrareds.
The NEWTON-L series offers different ranges (50
–
100
–
200 mt) which should be taken into
account during the design phase. In multiple installation, where multiple transmitters are
directed toward multiple receivers, all models must be used with the same range.
Users can control alarms generated not only visually (Red Alarm LED), but also acoustically by
means of an excludable buzzer.
