CHARACTERISTICS
The basin as all the transparent parts are made in pure makrolon, a non porous
material, heat-resistant till 140° C , unbreakable even if strongly thrown on the floor.
Makrolon is widely used in aviation.
The casing of the engine is chromium-plated to absorb the vibrations caused by the
powerful engine. All other metal parts are in stainless steel with self sharpening bla-
des (the more they are used, the more they become sharp).

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Put the basin (2) in the out coming part of the motor-base, making sure that
the holes correspond to the jutting reference mark on the basin itself.
Rotate the basin (2) in an anticlockwise direction, till it reaches the right bloc-
king position, the handle should be perpendicular to the micro-switch
Place the selected disk or grate on the drive shaft, turning them softly till they
reach the right position.
Place the cover (3) on the basin so that the feeding tube takes place slightly
moved on the left compared to the handle. Then turn the cover (3) right to
perfectly align tube and handle.
Place the food-pressing measure into the feeding tube.
Switch the device on, pressing the black button (if you need grates/disks
rotate continuously), or the grey button (if you need grates/disks rotate inter-
mittently).

To triturate
at a coarse, medium, fine, finest grain (depending on working
times) everything can be triturated, for example:
To mince raw and cooked meat, to obtain a good grain for hamburgers, mea-
tloaves, “Bolognese” meat sauce, stuffing, meat homogenized purées particu-
larly suitable for infant and senile diets.
To chop vegetables, potatoes, onions (without crying) for vegetable soups,
cooking in a pan, etc.
To chop druid fruit to obtain, after a long processing, real vegetal butters;
To crush stale bread, to cover with bread-crumbs;
To mince cheeses, salami and cold pork meats, for stuffing, etc.;
To crush ice, for water ices, chocolate/fruit/coffee shake, to create ornamental
backgrounds when serving fish, etc.
