Configuring Anonymous Reporting and
Smart Call Home
The Smart Call Home feature provides personalized, e-mail-based and web-based notification to
customers about critical events involving their individual systems, often before customers know that a
critical event has occurred.
The Anonymous Reporting feature is a subfeature of the Smart Call Home feature and allows Cisco to
anonymously receive minimal error and health information from the device.
