Number of RTP voice packets that were received since
voice stream opened.
This number is not necessarily identical to
the number of RTP voice packets that were
received since the call began because the
call might have been placed on hold.

Estimated average RTP packet jitter (dynamic delay
that a packet encounters when going through the
network), in milliseconds, that was observed since
the receiving voice stream opened.
Avg Jitter
Maximum jitter, in milliseconds, that was observed
since the receiving voice stream opened.
Max Jitter
Number of RTP packets in the receiving voice stream
that were discarded (bad packets, too late, and so on).
The phone discards payload type 19
comfort noise packets that Cisco Gateways
generate, because they increment this
counter.
