To enable small frame padding on physical interfaces, use the
small-frame-padding
command in the interface
configuration mode. To disable small frame padding, use the
no
form of this command.

Usage Guidelines
To use this command, you must be in a user group associated with a task group that includes appropriate task
IDs. If the user group assignment is preventing you from using a command, contact your AAA administrator
for assistance.
This command is applicable for all physical interfaces on all types of Cisco ASR 9000 Series Router line
cards except Cisco ASR 9000 Ethernet line cards.
