To configure what action is taken on an interface when a high threshold is exceeded, use the
action
high-threshold
command in Ethernet OAM configuration mode or interface Ethernet OAM configuration
mode. To return to the default, use the
no
form of this command.

Syntax Description
(Interface Ethernet OAM configuration only) Performs no action on the interface
when a high threshold is exceeded.
disable
Puts the interface into the error-disable state when a high threshold is exceeded.
error-disable-interface
Creates a syslog entry when a high threshold is exceeded. This action is available
only in interface Ethernet OAM configuration mode to override the OAM profile
on a specific interface.
log
Command Default
The default is that no action is taken when a high threshold is exceeded.
