Note
To enable Baseline Privacy Interface (BPI) operations on the cable command, you must specify both the
service-class privacy
and
privacy
commands for the cable modem’s DOCSIS configuration file.

The following example shows how to specify the
service-class
command for a DOCSIS configuration
file:
