have a customer support email address, contact your system administrator.

Troubleshooting Tips
Problem: The phone is not registered.
The Phone application or the Notifications bar shows that the phone is not registered.
Possible Cause
Your Cisco Cius is not connected to a network.
Your Cisco Cius is not set up to connect to a TFTP server.
Solution
1.
Make sure that you are connected to a network.
2.
Contact your system administrator to make sure that the TFTP server is set up properly.
