Update only the JTAPI Provider information. If you choose this option, the
provider information will be stored in the LDAP and no JTAPI Information
will be created in the new Unified CM. All the Port Groups and triggers will
need to be created again.

Cancel the entire operation.
JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration
Note
The JTAPI Call Control Group area automatically opens in the JTAPI
Configuration web page when you first choose the JTAPI menu option from the
Subsystems menu when the JTAPI Provider is configured. If the JTAPI Provider
is
not
configured, the JTAPI Provider configuration page displays.
Use the JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration web pages to display, add,
modify, and delete information about the call control group.
Select Subsystems > JTAPI from the CRS Administration menu bar to access the
JTPAI Call Control Group summary web page.
To modify an existing JTAPI Call Control Group, click any hyperlink within the
group’s summary table entry; the JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration page
opens.
To add a new JTAPI Call Control Group, click the Add a New JTAPI Call Control
Group hyperlink. (For more information, see the section that follows.)
Adding a New JTAPI Call Control Group
Use the JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration area to add a new JTAP Call
Control Group information.
To access the JTAP Call Control Group Configuration web page, click the Add a
New JTAPI Call Control Group hyperlink on the JTAP Call Control Group
Configuration summary web page.
