Components
The Cisco CR Platform integrates a number of components to provide the features
and functionality for IP IVR and IP ICD.
Figure 5-3
shows how CRA integrates
with a Cisco IP Telephony Solution. The diagram shows Cisco CallManager and
CRA applications running on separate dedicated servers, which are SPEs in the
Cisco ICS 7750. Cisco CallManager and CRA applications can also be installed
on the same SPE.
