Specifies a PVP with the specified virtual path identifier
(VPI). The
l2transport
keyword indicates that the PVC is a
switched PVC and not a terminated PVC.

Specifies UBR shaping.
The
pcr
value indicates the peak cell rate and its range is
from 38 to 622,000 Kbps.
Note
In place of the
ubr
command, you can use the
cbr
,
vbr-rt
, or
vbr-nrt
commands to configure CBR,
VBR-rt, or VBR-nrt shaping in the same way.
