FOR CONSUMERS WHO ARE COVERED BY CONSUMER

PROTECTIONLAWSORREGULATIONSINTHEIRCOUNTRY

OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF

RESIDENCE,THEBENEFITSCONFERREDBYTHISWARRANTY

ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES

CONVEYEDBYSUCHCONSUMERPROTECTIONLAWSAND

REGULATIONS.  THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXCLUDE,

LIMITORSUSPENDANYRIGHTSOFCONSUMERSARISING

OUT OF NONCONFORMITY WITH A SALES CONTRACT.

PROVINCE.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GOVERNED BY

ANDCONSTRUEDUNDERTHELAWSOFTHECOUNTRYIN

WHICHTHEPRODUCTPURCHASETOOKPLACE.
This warranty is provided to you by Cisco Systems, Inc.

or its subsidiary instead of Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”).

CiscowarrantsthehardwareinthisCiscoproductagainst

defects in materials and workmanship under normal

usefortheWarrantyPeriod,whichbeginsonthedateof

purchasebytheoriginalend-userpurchaserandlastsfor

theperiodspecifiedbelow:

One(1)yearfornewproduct

Ninety(90)daysforrefurbishedproduct

Your exclusive remedy and Cisco’s entire liability under

this limited warranty will be for Cisco, at its option, to

(a) repair the product with new or refurbished parts,

(b) replace the product with a reasonably available

equivalentneworrefurbishedCiscoproduct,or(c)refund

theactualpurchasepriceoftheproductlessanyrebates

anddiscounts,or(d)paythecostofrepairoftheproduct.

Anyrepairedorreplacementproductswillbewarranted

fortheremainderoftheoriginalWarrantyPeriodorthirty

(30)days,whicheverislonger.Allproductsandpartsthat

arereplacedbecomethepropertyofCisco.
Ciscoadditionallywarrantsthatanymediaonwhichthe

software may be provided will be free from defects in

materialsandworkmanshipundernormaluseforaperiod

of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase.

Your exclusive remedy and Cisco’s entire liability under

thislimitedwarrantywillbeforCisco,atitsoption,to(a)

replace the software media, or (b) refund the purchase

priceofthesoftwaremedia.

ExclusionsandLimitations

This limited warranty does not apply if: (a) the product

assembly seal has been removed or damaged, (b) the

producthasbeenalteredormodified,exceptbyCisco,(c)

theproductdamagewascausedbyusewithnon-Cisco

products,(d)theproducthasnotbeeninstalled,operated,

repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions

suppliedbyCisco,(e)theproducthasbeensubjectedto

abnormalphysicalorelectricalstress,misuse,negligence,

oraccident,(f)theserialnumberontheProducthasbeen

altered,defaced,orremoved,or(g)theproductissupplied

orlicensedforbeta,evaluation,testingordemonstration

purposes for which Cisco does not charge a purchase

priceorlicensefee.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ON MEDIA SET

FORTHABOVEANDTOTHEMAXIMUMEXTENTPERMITTED

BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SOFTWARE AND SERVICES

PROVIDED BY CISCO WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER

FACTORYLOADEDONTHEPRODUCTORCONTAINEDON

MEDIAACCOMPANYINGTHEPRODUCT,ISPROVIDED“AS

IS”WITHOUTWARRANTYOFANYKIND.Withoutlimiting

theforegoing,Ciscodoesnotwarrantthattheoperation

oftheproduct,softwareorserviceswillbeuninterrupted

or error free. Also, due to the continual development

of new techniques for intruding upon and attacking

networks, Cisco does not warrant that the product,

softwareorservices,oranyequipment,systemornetwork

onwhichtheproduct,softwareorservicesareusedwill

befreeofvulnerabilitytointrusionorattack.Theproduct

mayincludeorbebundledwiththirdpartysoftwareor

serviceofferings.Thislimitedwarrantyshallnotapplyto

suchthirdpartysoftwareorserviceofferings.Thislimited

warranty does not guarantee any continued availability

of a third party’s service for which this product’s use or

operationmayrequire.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE

LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS

OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO

THE DURATION OFTHEWARRANTY PERIOD. ALL OTHER

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS

AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE

DISCLAIMED.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW,

INNOEVENTWILLCISCOBELIABLEFORANYLOSTDATA,

REVENUE OR PROFIT, LOSS OFTHE ABILITYTO USE ANY

THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, OR

FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL

OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY

OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT

OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE

THEPRODUCT,SOFTWAREORANYSERVICESPROVIDED

INRESPECTOFSUCHPRODUCT,SOFTWAREORSERVICE,

EVEN IF CISCO HAS BEEN ADVISED OFTHE POSSIBILITY
