Selecting Page n on the character code table:
The character code table is selected depending on the value of n.
"n" means the followings.

Page 1(Domestic Character)
[Default]
The initial value of n is subject to the character set for the country
specified by the function selecting terminal (Gate Array Pin 39,42,43).
• When Japan is selected: Domestic characters
• When non-Japan is selected: IBM characters #2
