Solution:
A, Please make sure the input is connected and input signal is normal.
B, Please check if the switched signal is connected with the
correspondent interface of rear panel;
C, Please check if you have configured your PC to copy the output
picture;
D, Please tighten the cable or change with better quality cable.
6) The menu bar appears on the right side, but VGA signal has black border on
screen
Possible reasons:
A, the VGA output resolution is not correct;
B, VGA signal has not been adjusted automatically;
Solution:
A, Please make sure the VGA output resolution is within the range of
specification.
B, Please check if the VGA signal has been automatically adjusted;
7) Cannot write on certain area of the flat panel
Possible reasons:
The inner program may be suffering from so-called apparent death.
Solution:
Switch off the power and power on the flat panel again.
8) Cannot save to USB flash disk
Possible reasons:
A, The saving format of USB flash disk is not correct;
B, The space of USB flash disk is already full;
Solution:
A, Adjust the USB flash disk as FAT 32 format;
B, Delete some files from the disk to release more available space.
Note:
1, We strongly recommend that users read the instruction before using the product;
2, It is strictly prohibited to use oily pen, hard or sharp objects to write on the flat panel or
stroke the surface, because this will leaves a mark that is impossible to be removed.
3, Avoid using caustic cleaner, soap or oil product to clean flat panel surface, keep the
product from damp or direct sunlight environment;
4, Use writing pen to write or to click,double-click might not be so convenient, please use
moderate strength to do some appropriate practice, practice makes perfect;
