9. Do not overload the stands.
10. Never use more than a single pair of stands.
11. Only use on a hard level surface e.g. concrete.
12. Securely chock wheels remaining on the ground.
13. Make sure that each stand is securely located under a strong point on the
vehicle; consult the user’s handbook for guidance.
14. Lower the vehicle onto the stands slowly and gently.
15. Exercise extra care when using with a three wheeled vehicle or trailer.
16. Upper and lower columns are to be used only as a pair supplied.
17. It must be ensured that the vehicle/load is carefully located on the centre
of the axle stand saddle. Failure to do this can result in damage to the axle
stands, loss of support to the load, serious personal injury or loss of life.
ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the column into the base as
shown.

If required remove the bolt (2) in
the base.
2. Slide the bolt into position and
secure using the nut supplied.
USING THE AXLE STANDS
1. Remove the locking pin.
2. Adjust the height of the axle stand.
3. Replace the locking pin.
