INSTALLING THE BRUSHES
CAUTION!
Turn the key switch off (O) and remove the key, before changing the brushes, and before opening any access panels.

Make sure the Brush Deck

is in the RAISED position. Make sure the Key Switch
(A)
is off (O)
.

If using pads, install the pads on the pad holders.

See Figure 2.
Unlatch the right and left Brush Housings
(8)
at the Latch
(AA)
. Slide each brush housing off of the scrub deck.

Put a brush or pad driver
(BB)
under the brush motor plate.

Align the slots in the brush gimbal with the lugs on the motor Gimbal
(CC)
.

Pull the brush up until the gimbal locks.
7
Repeat steps 4, 5 & 6 to install the second brush or pad driver.
To Remove:

Make sure the Brush Deck

is in the RAISED position. Make sure the Key Switch
(A)
is off (O).

Remove the Brush Housings

.

Push down on two sides of the brush or pad driver until the gimbals release.
