8. The year indicator starts to blink. It can be set from 2004 to 2035.
Press Start/stop (c) to increase the value and press Store (a) to
decrease. Increase or decrease the value quickly by holding in the
respective button. Confirm the setting by pressing Mode.
9. The setting for the time signal blinks: Activate/deactivate by pressing
Start/stop (c). ON/OFF blinks. Confirm the setting by pressing Mode.
10. The setting for 12/24 hours blinks. Select format by pressing Start/
stop (c). Confirm the setting by pressing Mode.
11. Exit the time setting mode by pressing Adjust.
Pulse Indicator
The pulse indicator is used for finding a good pulse level while training.
You get to this function by pressing Mode (b) once or several times. The
function suggests the highest and lowest pulse level based on your age.
You can also adjust these settings from your own physical condition.
Shut off or turn on the alarm for the pulse indicator’s highest/lowest level
by pressing alternately on the Start/stop button (C). Push the Adjust button
to confirm the setup.
Place a finger on the pulse indicator (do not push too hard). After a couple of
seconds the pulse indicator shows your pulse rate in beats per minute (BPM).
If the pulse rises above or sinks below the set values the pulse indicator
gives a signal which recommends that you either lower of increase the
intensity of your training.
NOTE!
- The pulse indicator’s measuring range is 50 to 240 BPM.
- If the pulse indicator does not receive a signal within 30 seconds the
display shows Err and automatically returns to normal time mode.

Setting
Make sure that the stopwatch is in position for pulse indicator and then
hold in Adjust. Now you can set your age. Press Start/stop (c) to increase
the value and press Store (a) to decrease. Confirm the setting by pressing
Mode.

UPPER
” appears on the display and suggests that you set the highest

LOWER
” appears on the display and recommends that you set the
lower pulse level. Press Start/stop (c) to increase the value and press Store
(a) to decrease. Increase or decrease the value quickly by holding in the
respective button. Confirm the setting by pressing Mode.
Press Mode once or several times to come to alarm setting. You activate/
deactivate the alarm by pressing the Start/stop button. When the alarm
function is activated an alarm symbol is shown in the display. You can
even alternate between two different alarm times with the Store button.
Setting
Hold in the “Adjust” button for 2 seconds to come to the set mode. HOLD
appears for 2 seconds before the hour indicator begins to blink and you
can set it. Press Start/stop (c) to increase the value and press Store (a)
to decrease. Increase or decrease the value quickly by holding in the
respective button. Confirm the setting and go on to the minute indicator
by pressing Mode. Do the same procedure with the minute indicator. You
then leave the time setting by pressing Adjust (d).
The alarm sounds for 30 seconds when the alarm is activated. Press any
button to shut the alarm off.
Press once or several times on Mode (b) so that PACER appears on the
display. To set the desired pace, hold in Adjust (d) until HOLD disappears
from the display and the pace keeper starts to blink. You increase the
value by pressing the Start/stop button repeatedly. You decrease the pace
with the Store button. The sequence is: 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80, 100,
120, 180, 240. Push the Adjust button to confirm the setup.
Push Store (a) or Start/stop to activate/deactivate the pace keeper. If you
have chosen BPM the pace keeper will give 100 signals per minute. As
long as the pace keeper is activated it will continue to give signals even
when you change positions e.g. normal mode or stopwatch. You activate
or deactivate the pace keeper only in the setting for pace keeper.
Care and Maintenance
- Never try to take apart or repair the stopwatch yourself.
- Do not expose the stopwatch to impact, extreme heat or direct
sunlight.
- Do not expose the stopwatch to e.g. hairspray, deodorants, sun screen
or other hygiene products since they can dry out the plastic parts on
the stopwatch. If for any reason the stopwatch would get in contact
with any of these products, immediately wipe it off.
- Clean the stopwatch as needed with a lightly moistened cloth and
mild detergent. Avoid using strong detergents and solvents.
- Store the stopwatch in a dry place when you are not using it.
