2. Setting
First connect the enclosed power adapter (6V,
400mA, + in the centre) to an outlet and the outlet
to the DC connection (12). The display shows
“12:00”.
Remove the large cover on the battery compart-
ment and the battery lid. Remove the insulating
plastic strip from the battery. Put the battery lid
and the large cover back on.
Setting the time
a) Set the function switch (3) to
T SET
(time
setting), the display blinks.
b) Set the correct time using the buttons
UP
(8)
and
DOWN
(9), confirm by pressing
MODE
(7)
once.
c) Continue in the same way with the minutes
and seconds.
d) Set the correct year using the buttons
UP
(8)
and
DOWN
(9), confirm by pressing
MODE
(7)
once.
e) Continue in the same way with the month and
day.
f) Set the function switch (3) to
NORMAL
, when
the settings are complete.
Set the alarm and snooze time
1. Set the function switch (3) to
AL SET
(alarm
setting), the display blinks.
2. Set the correct time using the buttons
UP
(8)
and
DOWN
(9), confirm by pressing
MODE
(7)
once.
3. Continue in the same way with the minutes.
4. Press
MODE
(7) again, the current ”Snooze
time” blinks in the display, change the snooze
time(1 to 60 minutes) using the buttons
UP
(8) and
DOWN
(9). The factory setting for the
snooze time is 5 minutes. This time stays until
you have changed the setting yourself.
5. Set the function switch (3) to
NORMAL
, when
the setting is finished.
3. Activating and turning off the
alarm
Activate the alarm:
Set the alarm switch (5)
to
AL ON
to active the alarm. AL is shown in the
display, when the alarm is activated. The alarm
sounds for one minute at the set time.
Turn off the alarm:
Set the alarm switch (5)
to
AL OFF
to turn off the alarm.
Snooze-function:
Press
SNOOZE
(6) to defer the
wake-up signal for 5 minutes (or if you have set
another time, see above), when the alarm’s buz-
zer sounds. The snooze function can be used up
to 4 times.
Press any button other than
SNOOZE
to turn off
the alarm until the next morning.
4. 12/24 hour display
Press
DOWN
(9) (in normal time display)
to change between 12/24 hour display.
5. Showing the set alarm time,
month, and date.
• Press
SNOOZE
(6) one time to show
the set alarm time.
• Press
SNOOZE
(6) once again within
3 seconds to show the month and date.
• The alarm clock automatically returns
to normal display of the current time.
6. Reset
If the display locks itself, the alarm clock must be
reset to the factory setting. Press
RESET
(4) with
a long, narrow object to reset.
7. Back-up Battery
The alarm clock has a battery (CR2032) as a
back-up during power failures. Normally the
battery will last for 5-6 years (depending on the
number of power failures, etc.).
8. Cleaning
Wipe the clock according to need with a lightly
moist cloth. Never use solvents or strong cleaning
agents.
9. Disposal
Sort your garbage and recycle the
clock instead of throwing it away.
All electronic products and packing
materials are to be sorted and handled
according to local authorities.

Not for use by children under the age of
3 years. Contains batteries, which are
dangerous if swallowed.
