8. Troubleshooting
Problem:
The computer cannot find the USB hard disk.
Solution:
1. Make sure the hard disk has a partition that is formatted.
2. Make sure the USB cable is correctly connected to the computer and external
enclosure.
3. Check that the USB port/ports leave(s) enough operating voltage for the
multiport. (Try another USB product in the port.)
