Lubrication

Lubricate the following points before initial use and then again at least every three months.
•  Wheels: Lubricate the axle and wheel bearings with thin oil.
•  Saddle: Lubricate all the joints of the saddle and the lifting arm with thin oil.
•  Pump mechanism: Lubricate the moving parts with thin oil.

Troubleshooting

The jack doesn’t lift the load

•  The release valve is not fully closed: Close it fully by turning it clockwise.
•  The release valve will not fully close: This may be due to some dirt on the valve seat; try to 

flush off the dirt by opening the valve and pumping the jack handle a few times.

•  Bleed the hydraulic system: Refer to the 

Bleeding

 section above.

•  Check the oil level: Refer to the 

Checking the oil level

 section above.

•  Worn seals: Contact our customer services for service/repair.

The jack will not hold the load

•  The release valve is not fully closed: Close it fully by turning it clockwise.
•  The release valve will not fully close: This may be due to some dirt on the valve seat, try to 

flush off the dirt by opening the valve and pumping the jack handle a few times.

•  Worn seals: Contact our customer services for service/repair.

The jack will not lower completely

•  The return spring (6) is broken or positioned incorrectly. Reposition the spring or contact our 

customer services for service/repair.

•  The lifting mechanism needs lubrication: Lubricate with grease or thin oil.
•  Too much oil in reservoir: Remove the filler plug and empty out some of the oil.

The jack will not lift to its full height

•  The release valve is not fully closed: Close it fully by turning it clockwise.
•  Bleed the hydraulic system: Refer to the 

Bleeding

 section above.

•  Worn seals: Contact our customer services for service/repair.
