Problem
Solution
When I play a MPEG file
using Windows Media
Player in Extended mode,
the picture becomes
distorted when I switch
to full screen display.
If you are using Windows XP with SP1 or SP2,
you can solve the problem by installing SP3.
The desktop screen
display of the secondary
monitor has a black
border when in
Extend mode.
This occurs if the resolution of the secondary
monitor is higher than that of the primary monitor.
Set the same resolution for both monitors.
There is no sound
from the TV set when
the USB-HDMI adaptor
is connected.
Make sure that your computer is set to the correct
sound output. Enter the Audio Devices settings on
your control panel. Make sure that the USB HDMI
Adapter is chosen as the default audio device,
otherwise right-click on it and then select
Use as
default device
.
