Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product and then save

Safety

•  The product may be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or 

mental capability, lack of experience or knowledge which could jeopardise 
their safety, provided they have been given supervision or instruction 
concerning the safe use of the product and understand the hazards involved.

•  Never let children play with the product.
•  The product must not be used by children. Keep the product and its mains 

lead out of children’s reach.

•  The product must only be connected to a standard domestic 220–240 V, 

50/60 Hz electrical supply.

•  Do not use the product if it or its mains lead is damaged in any way.
•  If the mains lead is damaged it must only be replaced by a qualified electrician.
•  Place the mains lead where it won’t be damaged by sharp edges or hot surfaces.
•  Only use the product with parts and accessories recommended by 

the manufacturer or retailer.

•  Never immerse the product in water or other liquid.
•  Never place the product next to a source of heat or onto a hot surface.
•  Never insert whisks or other kitchen utensils into the bowl when the mini 

chopper is switched on.

•  Keep fingers, long hair, clothing and jewellery away from rotating parts.
•  The product is only intended for normal domestic use and only in the manner 

described in this instruction manual.

•  The product is intended for indoor use only.
•  The product must only be repaired by qualified service technicians using 

original spare parts.

•  Always unplug the product whenever it is cleaned, assembled, taken apart, 

not used or is left unattended.

Product description

Before initial use

Warning:

 Be very careful, the blade is very sharp.

1.  Remove the lid by twisting it anticlockwise.
2.  Remove the blade assembly from the drive spindle.
3.  Remove the bowl from the motor unit by twisting it anticlockwise.
4.  Wash, rinse and dry all the parts except the motor unit. Use only mild cleaning 

agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

5.  Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, 

never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

Operating instructions

Note:

 The mini chopper has two safety switches.

6.  Hold the motor unit with one hand and press down the on/off button with 

the other. Never hold the button down for more than 15 seconds at a time. 
Repeat the chopping operation until the desired consistency has been achieved.

Note:

 Let the mini chopper rest for at least two minutes after each 60 seconds of 

operation.

Care and maintenance

•  Unplug the mains lead from the wall socket before cleaning and maintenance.
•  Wash the lid, food bowl and the blade assembly in warm soapy water after 

each use. Rinse and dry the parts thoroughly before putting them away.

•  Always unplug the mini chopper and store it in a dry, dust-free environment 

out of children’s reach whenever it is not to be used for a long time.

Troubleshooting

The mini 
chopper 
does 
not start.

•  Make sure that the mains lead is undamaged and securely 

connected to the wall socket.

•  Check that the wall socket is live.
•  Check that the mini chopper is assembled so that it can be 

started (refer to the 

Operating instructions

 section above).

One for the bowl which requires the bowl to be fitted correctly and twisted all the way 
round until the safety switch is depressed before the motor can be operated.

pushed down.

1.  Attach the bowl to the motor unit by twisting it clockwise.
2.  Slide the blade assembly over the drive spindle.
3.  Add the ingredients to be processed into the food bowl. 

Note:

 Certain 

foodstuffs might need to be roughly chopped by hand before they are put into 
the mini chopper bowl.

4.  Put the lid on the food bowl, 

making sure that the guide pin on 
the lid goes into the hole in the top 
of the blade assembly.

5.  Twist the lid clockwise until it will 

turn no further.

the product must be handed in for recycling so that the material 
can be disposed of in a responsible manner. When recycling
