Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product and
then save it for future reference. We reserve the right for any errors
in text or images and any necessary changes made to techni-
cal data. In the event of technical problems or other queries, please
contact our Customer Services.
Safety
• This product may only be used outdoors in dry weather and
never left unattended.
• Take the product indoors in the event of rain and after use.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged
less than 8 years.
• The appliance may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capability, lack of experience or knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Never let children play with the heater.
• The appliance should only be connected to a wall outlet with
a 220–240 V AC, 50 Hz power supply. A residual current device
(RCD) should be used.
• The appliance must never be used with a timer or other
equipment which turns it on automatically.
• Never touch the appliance while it is switched on.
• Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it is in use.
• Do not use the appliance if it, its mains lead or plug are
damaged in any way.
• The mains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to prevent
the risk of electric shock or fire and should only be carried out
by the manufacturer, authorised service facility or a qualified
tradesman.
• Never insert any foreign objects into the housing of the appliance.
• Any repairs should only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
• Never plug the appliance in to an electrical socket until it is
completely assembled and mounted.
• Do not place the mains lead where it can be damaged by sharp
edges or be crushed. Do not let the mains lead come into
contact with hot surfaces.
• Never place objects on top of or close to the appliance.
• Keep furniture and other combustible furnishings at least
1 metre away from the appliance.
• The appliance is only intended for domestic use and only in
the manner described in this instruction manual.
• The appliance must never be installed directly beneath a wall
socket. Make sure that the mounting surface is flat, sound and
capable of supporting the appliance.
• The appliance must not be covered.
• Never handle the appliance with wet or moist hands.
• The appliance must not come into contact with water or be
used close to bathtubs, showers or pools.
• The appliance must not be used in rooms where flammable
liquids, gases or combustible materials are stored.
2. The mounting brackets should be spaced 1130 mm apart
(centre-to-centre). The distance between the upper and
the lower hole is 22 mm. The appliance must be mounted
horizontally.
3. Attach the ends of the appliance to the brackets using
the included M4 screws and washers. Adjust the tilt angle of
the appliance to direct it away from combustible materials.
4. Plug the appliance in (if the tilt angle needs adjusting, unplug
the appliance and wait until it has cooled before adjusting
the angle).
Note:
If you prefer a fixed installation (without a plug), the appliance
must be installed by a qualified electrician. The cable will need to
be replaced with a cable suitable for fixed installation. A 2-pole
switch is also required for a fixed installation.
Care and maintenance

Note:
Make sure that the appliance is switched off and has
cooled completely before cleaning.
• Clean the appliance using a vacuum cleaner or by wiping it with
a dry cloth.
Responsible disposal
A. At least 30 cm below the ceiling and 180 cm above
the floor if wall mounted.
B. At least 40 cm away from the wall and 180 cm above
the floor if ceiling mounted.
C. At least 20 cm between the sides of the heater and
a wall/ceiling.

be disposed of with general household waste. This
applies throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent
any harm to the environment or health hazards
caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product
must be handed in for recycling so that the material
can be disposed of in a responsible manner.
When recycling your product, take it to your local
collection facility or contact the place of purchase.
They will ensure that the product is disposed of in
an environmentally sound manner.
