4. The floor jack does not have a 2 tonne capacity.
CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
a) There might be air pockets in the system. See III 1-b.
b) The release valve is not tight because of dirt on the seal. Rinse by pulling the lifting arm up
and down several times with the release valve open. If it is necessary you can remove the
valve for cleaning.
c) The piston o-ring might be worn out. Contact our Customer Service Department.
d) Do not adjust the overload valve setting. It is set on 2 tons capacity at the factory. Check to
see if something has got caught in the lifting mechanism.
