FOOT PEDAL TROLLEY JACK 3T

USE

Before using the jack, check for oil loss, damage or missing accessories.

First time use:

1. Open the drain valve and insert the attached handle (extension) into the pump arm.

In order for the oil to distribute completely, perform approximately 6 full pumps of the handle.

2. Close the drain valve - the jack is now ready for use.

3. Place your vehicle on a firm, level surface and secure the vehicle to prevent it from rolling.

4. To ensure safe lifting, position the jack at a 90° angle to the vehicle and under the proper 

lifting point (see manufacturer's instructions).

5. Insert the handle into the drain valve and close it by turning clockwise until the stop is 

reached.

6. Insert the handle into the pumping arm and pump the handle until the sole is in contact with 

the vehicle.

7. Recheck that the jack is properly installed.

8. Continue pumping the handle until the vehicle is raised to the desired height.

Caution: Watch the vehicle carefully during the lifting operation. The jack must move in the 

direction of the vehicle during the lifting operation. If it does not, there is a good chance that the 

vehicle will slip off the jack.

9. Pull the handle out of the pump arm. (Risk of accident!)

10. Secure the load with suitable supports before starting to work on or under the vehicle.

Caution: Do not work on or under the vehicle without first securing the lifted load properly! (Risk 

of accident!)

11. Once you have finished working on the vehicle, open the drain valve by carefully turning the 

jack handle counterclockwise in small increments until the vehicle begins to lower.

12. Once the vehicle is firmly on the ground, the drain valve can be opened again (approximately 

one-half turn) to return the lift arm all the way down to the starting position.

13. Before lifting the load, make sure the drain valve is properly closed.

14. All moving parts must be lubricated in accordance with the operating instructions and 

maintained regularly.
