GLASS ENGRAVING CASE
INTRODUCTION
USE
The equipment you have just received is a sandblasting gun.
Its application is really easy, but you have to respect the user manual.
Composition:
- A sandblasting gun
- A container of abrasive for engraving
- Letters and n a stencil
Equipment preparation
1. When using the sandblasting gun for the fi rst time, fi ll the abrasive’s tank (1) by the nozzle (2)
of fi ve to seven full caps of abrasive (caps of abrasive’s container).
2. Make sure that the pressure of the compressed air system is between 3 and 4 bars.
3. Connect the gun (nozzle (3)) to the compressed air system.
You are ready to tattoo a glass
To tattoo a vehicle
Put numbers and letters chosen on supports and put it all in transparent stencil.
To tattoo a vehicle, you have to fi x the stencil on the glass with adhesive tape on the top of this.
Put the nozzle (2) on the stencil, you do not have to press hard.
Glass tattoo makes in three times with trigger’s pulse (4).
During the operation, hold the gun as horizontal as possible.
IMPORTANT:
After having tattoo 15 to 20 glasses, refi ll sand in the tank (1) by the nozzle (2), one full cap of
abrasive.
Only use abrasive supplied by CLAS EQUIPEMENTS.
DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE GUN.
DO NOT USE THE GUN WHEN THE NOZZLE IS NOT PRESS ON A STENCIL ON A GLASS.
KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
