Recipe suggestions
Mufins
Ingredients for about 25 to 30 chocolate mufins:
100 g full milk chocolate, 300 g lour, 2 teaspoon of baking
powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 pinch of salt, 2 eggs,
150 g margarine, 80 g sugar, 250 ml milk.
Preparation:
1. Roughly grate the chocolate.
2. Mix the lour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and choco-
late in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, fold the eggs, margarine, sugar and milk.
Add the lour mixture and fold in.
4. Preheat the appliance.
5. Put the dough into the moulds and bake for about
14 minutes.
NOTE:
The baking soda used as a baking agent makes the dough
light and luffy for making mufins and gives the mufins a
high “crown”. Baking soda can also be replaced by baking
powder (please add somewhat more powder), but then it
lacks somewhat in lufiness and size. Baking soda is avail-
able in the baking aids section of any well-stocked food store.
Donuts
Ingredients for 45 to 50 donuts:
260 g lour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 130 g sugar, 1 sachet of
vanilla sugar, 250 ml milk, 3 eggs, 5 tablespoons oil, 1 pinch of
salt, 30 g icing sugar
Variations on preparing dough:
Add ground nuts, cocoa powder, grated chocolate or chopped
almonds. If the dough is too irm after adding the ingredients,
add more milk.
Preparation
1. Knead the lour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk,
eggs, oil and salt into a smooth dough.
2. Preheat the appliance.
3. Place the dough into the moulds and bake for about
6 minutes.
4. Dust the inished donuts with icing sugar. You can also mix
the icing sugar with lemon or cherry juice to make icing and
coat the donuts with it.
Cake Pops
Ingredients of a basic recipe:
150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 150 g butter, 150 g lour, 1 teaspoon bak-
ing powder
Optional: 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 60 g chopped walnuts
or
½ bottle of butter vanilla essence and 60 g choco-
late droplets
6. Lightly grease the baking surfaces again as required after
each baking process.
7. The baking surfaces must always be kept closed during
pauses in the baking.
