2. After removing and securing the end panel material
as needed, including the material at the bottom of
the doorframe, remove the mounting screws from
the bottom of one vertical doorframe member. See
diagram that follows.
3. Remove the screws that secure the horizontal frame
tube to the same vertical frame tube. See the top
arrow above.
4. Spread the doorframe tube to expand the rough
door opening and set the pedestrian door in position.
NOTE:
The dotted line above represents the doorframe
tube.
5. After the door is set in the rough door opening
between the vertical and horizontal frame members,
reposition the frame members and reattach it to the
bottom frame tube and to the horizontal frame tube.
6. With the door in position, secure it to the doorframe
tubes using Tek screws and fender washers inserted
from the outside through the doorframe and into the
doorframe tubes.
To better show the door and end wall framing, the end
panel is not shown in the above diagram.
7. After the front end wall is completed, repeat the
procedure for the back end wall.
NOTE:
When inserting the end frame tube into the
pocket of the zippered end panel (back), DO NOT insert
the tube into the pocket of the center section of the panel
if you want to open the panel for ventilation.
Remember to position the vertical end frame members in
line with the zippers of the end panel if no optional
pedestrian door is installed.
8. After installing both end panels and the door,
continue with installing the main cover.
