INSTALL DOOR PANELS
Gather the parts:
Door panels (#CG12119A & #CG12119B)
•
All door accessories
•
1 1/8" construction screws (#FAS8)
•
3/4" Phillips head screws (#FAF25P)
•
Use the diagrams to install the door panels.
Locate the lower door panel and position it in

the door opening of the frame. Verify that the
side with the 90° connectors is to the
inside
of the shelter.
NOTE:
The door panels can be positioned to swing open from the left or the right. Remove and reattach
hinges as needed.
With the panel in the door opening, attach the hinges to the doorjamb column using construction screws.

Locate the remaining upper door panel and position the panel in the door opening and attach the hinges

as described in the previous step.
ATTENTION:
To ensure proper door operation, a 1/4" gap must be maintained between the upper and
lower panels.
With both door panels secured in place, close each panel and attach door handles, door lock, and 2"

turn button in the desired locations using phillips head screws.
ATTENTION:
Locking hardware and turn button are attached to the
bottom panel

Door handles can be

an even gap of
approximately 1/4"
across the bottom of
the door and between
door panels.
