5.3
Tool cable connection
5.3.1
Cable connection to 48ET
Insert the tool connection end of the cable
into the 48ET handle. Align the key on the
cable connector with the switch actuator
on the tool handle. This will allow the
key to engage the mating slot inside the
handle. Thread the cable collar into the
tool handle and tighten securely.
5.3.2
Cable connection to controller
Connect the other end of the cable to the tool
connector on the controller. Make certain
the collar on the controller tool connector
is pushed in towards the controller. Align
the connector patterns of the tool cable
and controller connector. Push the cable
connector into the controller connector
and pull the collar towards the cable to
lock the cable connector in position.

Apply power to the tool
Refer to the controller manual for tool
operation.
