7.3 Replacement of wearing parts
Attention:
Always carry out repair and maintenance work with the drive and motor switched off!
Remove ignition key!
Secure the tractor and machine against unintentional movements (e.g. rolling away, lowering,
etc.).
Observe the relevant accident prevention regulations and all other information given in the
operating instructions!
Only use original spare parts!
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Information on spare parts procurement can be found in chapter 10.
7.4 Cleaning
Attention:
Observe the safety instructions in chapter 4.
When cleaning, never direct the high-pressure jet at bearing, guide and sealing points or
hydraulic connections.
After downtimes and cleaning work, the guideways must be lubricated.
Damaged components and stickers must be replaced.
Before driving on the road, remove any major dirt or grease from the appliance that may become detached while
driving and obstruct or endanger other road users. Cloths soiled with grease must then be stored in suitable
containers until they are disposed of.
After cleaning, the lubrication points should also be lubricated. This increases the service life of your
machine/implement.
7.5 Seals
For reasons of environmental protection and occupational safety, damaged seals and leaks must be
repaired immediately.
Attention:
In particular, carry out a daily visual inspection of the hydraulic cylinders/motors as well as
the hydraulic connections and hydraulic hoses.
Hydraulic oil must not escape into the environment!
Leaking oil can ignite!
