into System USB port (hot plug).
Turn the computer on.

In WIN2000
OS, the “mark frame” may jump too fast between icons.
In case, the “mark frame” may jump too fast between icons in WIN2000
OS. Please click “Control Panel”, “Keyboard Icon” and adjust the “Repeat
Delay” speed for fix the problem. See below photo:
