Piercing
rod
:
Before
pushing
the
piercing
rod
into
the
keg,
hold
it
under
the
tap
to
wet
it
before
piercing.
Hold

rod
vertically
and
push
it
energetically
into
the
keg

fasten
the
distribution
head
to
the
keg
by
pulling
the
closing
latch

outward
and
then
release
it.
You
should
hear
a
"release"
sound,
ensuring
you
that
the
distribution
head
is
correctly
fastened
to
the
keg.
You
have
28
days
to
consume
the
beer
contained
in
the
keg
after
the
keg
is
pierced,
provided
that
it
is
always
kept
refrigerated
and
that
the
pressure
is
maintained
inside
to
prevent
the
beer
from
going
stale.
